SnippetArk is a code snippet management tool that allows users to store, organize, and sync code snippets. The Service is available in two tiers:

• Free: Local storage with unlimited snippets
• Pro: All Free features plus Google Drive sync across unlimited devices

4. User Accounts

To use Pro features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Billing

Pro features require a one-time payment of $4.99 USD (limited time offer, regular price $9.99 USD). All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Paddle. By purchasing Pro, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro features, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Data and Privacy

Your snippets are stored locally in your browser and, if you're a Pro user, synced to your own Google Drive. We do not have access to your snippet data. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
