We want you to be completely satisfied with SnippetArk Pro. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at devspera@outlook.com with:
- Your email address used for purchase
- Your transaction ID or order number
- Brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your Pro features will be deactivated
- Google Drive sync will no longer be available
- Your local snippets will remain intact and accessible
- You can continue using the Free version with all its features
Exceptions
Refunds are not available:
- After 30 days from the purchase date
- For accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
